Willow Herb Tea (Epilobium parviflorum, Smallflower) has some rather targeted and specific uses. Often used to treat an enlarged prostate and the associated inflammation that can come with that. Also used to treat bladder problems along with urinary tract infections most likely effective due to the anti inflammatory properties.

Note that this is Willowherb and not White willow.
